BHDTA 2011 Annual General Meeting

Members' Conference

End of Season Party

Best Western Premier Yew Lodge Hotel, Kegworth, Derbyshire DE74 2DF

We?ve redesigned this year?s BHDTA Annual Conference to make it more open, more engaging and especially to give more time and opportunity for communication between members, between different interest groups, and between members and the council.

Council members will be present at the Conference and will do their best to answer any questions and consider suggestions put forward by members. It is easier to get a definitive answer if the question is known in advance so any necessary research can be done.

Please send any questions or suggestions to the BHDTA Office by Monday 10th October. Tea and coffee will be free and available to members all day. This has been part funded through the rebate received by the Combined Pony Fund after the disappointing meal at last year?s function.

Lunch can be pre-booked at a cost of ?9.50 per person and will be served in the Orchard Restaurant. Please make cheques payable to BHDTA.
